RACE 1: 1000m for 2year-olds:

Tip: no. 4 – RISE TO THE TOP.

  • Has the race experience – ran home well on dead ground.
  • Placed in Saturday class at Rosehill.
  • Blinkers first time.

Watch: no. 6 – SO SURE & no. 8 – SWIPLINE.

RACE 2: 1600m for 3year-old fillies:

Tip: no. 7 – TORAH.            (VALUE BET)

  • Had to do a lot of work last start when 2nd at MV after almost falling early.
  • The mile will suit – 2nd in listed race at Flemington in May on dead ground.
  • Moody and Nolen combination.

Watch: no. 2 – EURYALE.

RACE 3: 1200m for 3year-olds:

Tip: no. 2 – MISS STELLABELLE.

  • One of the several chances in a tough and even race.
  • A group 3 winner at they valley last start – powerful finish on slow ground.
  • Drawn well and Ollie stays on.

Watch: no. 1 – AMAH ROCK & no. 6 – BECKON.

RACE 4: 2040m for 3 year-olds:

Tip: no. 1 – MANAWANUI.

  • There is no Helmet in this race.
  • In very good form.
  • Will just win.

RACE 5: 1200m for open WFA:

Tip: no. 1 – BLACK CAVIAR.

  • Needs to now go overseas to be challenged.
  • Will just win.

RACE 6: 2500m for 4year-olds and up:

Tip: no. 5 – SHEWAN. (BEST BET)

  • In-form and fit runner who won the 2400m Herbert Power last start at Caulfield.
  • Previous run was very good over 2000m.
  • Tough race but a lightly raced and quality galloper in the Smerdon stable.

Watch: no. 6 – ILLO & no. 4 – TULLAMORE.

RACE 7: 1600m for open:

Tip: no. 6 – LUEN YAT FOREVER.

  • Last two runs have been very good.
  • Has been more impressive than Wall Street and King’s Rose (both in the Cox Plate).
  • Moody and Nolen combination.

Watch: no. 2 – GINGA DUDE & no. 3 – DAO DAO & no. 8 – SILVER GRECIAN.

RACE 8: 2040m W.S. COX PLATE:

Tip: no. 12 – SECRET ADMIRER.

  • Last start Epsom Hcp winner – stormed home in very strong win.
  • The 10 furlongs will suit this mare.
  • Good on dry and wet grounds.

Watch: no. 4 – GLASS HARMONIUM.

RACE 9: 1600m for 4year-old and up mares:

Tip: no. 6 – HI BELLE.

  • In-form runner.
  • Won last two starts including a listed race at Caulfield.

Watch: no. 1 – AVIENUS.
